What's Included

We have three track livery packages available.

All of our livery packages cater for your horses basic needs of care, 7 days a week, so you do not need to visit your horse everyday, unless you want to, which also enables us to be suitable for clients who are not local. 

Our packages include part, full and retirement track livery. 

We have space for around 6-8 livery horses per herd, meaning herds are smaller and better managed whilst also decreasing the risk of injury between horses. 

We currently have two herds; a geldings only herd and a mixed herd. 

All of our livery packages include full use of the facilities 

Part Track livery

PART livery includes: 

  • Ad lib hay - Tested at less than 10% combined sugar & starch 
  • Mineral and salt licks
  • Bedding 
  • Daily filling of hay stations (Incl. weekends)
  • Morning feed (given but not supplied)
  • At least 2 daily checks on your horse (minimum) am and pm. 
  • Mineral and salt licks included
  • Daily poo picking/sweeping/mucking out of the track and barn
  • Owner required to pick out feet, change rugs etc.
  • Rug changes, feeding, feet picking etc available as optional extras


Full Track Livery 

Our most popular livery package

FULL livery includes:

  • Ad lib hay - Tested at less than 10% combined sugar & starch 
  • Mineral and salt licks
  • Daily filling of hay stations (Incl. weekends)
  • Bedding 
  • At least 2 daily checks on your horse (minimum) am and pm. 
  • Morning and evening feed (given but not supplied)
  • Monthly bring in and hold for vet and/or farrier included*. 
  • Daily feet pick out and spray/ paste if requested.
  • Unlimited rug changes/fly masks on/off
  • Monthly bring in and hold for vet and/or trimmer included. 
  • Basic medical treatments e.g. applying of creams/sun cream etc.
  • Turnout on carefully managed pasture if required
  • 3 monthly fecal egg count
  • Weekly photo and video updates sent to you (more often if required).


Retirement Track Livery 

Our retirement livery is designed for the retired horse to provide optimum care and attention.

Note this package is only available to horses who are fully retired and not able to use the riding facilities regularly. If you horse is still in work on the ground or ridden, or is semi-retired, please refer to our other livery packages.

Retirement Livery includes:

  • Ad lib hay - Tested at less than 10% combined sugar & starch 
  • Mineral and salt licks
  • Daily filling of hay stations (Incl. weekends)
  • Bedding 
  • At least 2 daily checks on your horse (minimum) am and pm. 
  • Morning and evening feed (given but not supplied)
  • Monthly bring in and hold for vet and/or trimmer included*. 
  • 2x weekly feet pick out and spray/ paste if required. 
  • Weekly grooming if required (more so in shedding season!)
  • Basic medical treatments e.g. applying of creams/sun cream etc.
  • Unlimited Rug changes/fly masks on/off
  • 3 monthly fecal egg count
  • Turnout on carefully managed pasture if required
  • Weekly photo and video updates sent to you (more often if required).

* hold for trimmer is only included when using our Equine Podiatrist. Basic routine vet visits only (e.g. vaccinations). 

 We are happy to do any 'extras' to care for your horse that is not included in your livery package (e.g. feeding, medical treatments etc.) but these will incur an extra cost See prices.
